Robert Podevin MSc is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and infrastructure management, currently serving as the Head of IT Security at DS Smith since July 2012. Robert has held various significant roles at DS Smith, including Infrastructure Director and Head of Global Infrastructure Management, where responsibilities encompassed the oversight of global IT infrastructure and leadership of regional teams. Prior to joining DS Smith, Robert had a notable tenure at SCA Recycling, progressing from IS Technician to IS Manager, where IT strategy development and departmental leadership were focal points. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Aberystwyth University.
