Brent Hildebrand currently serves as the Manager of Customer Success, Scaled at DroneDeploy since May 2025. Prior to this role, Brent held various positions at FullStory from March 2018 to May 2025, progressively advancing from Sales Development Representative to Senior Onboarding Specialist and then to Principal Program Manager in Digital Customer Success. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Cox Communications, where engagement in the LEAD leadership development program was emphasized, and a Teaching Fellow at Breakthrough Collaborative. Brent began the professional journey as a Process Excellence Co-op at Cbeyond. Brent holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering with a Minor in Business Administration from Clemson University.
