Tom O'Brien is the Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources & General Counsel at Driscoll's, a position held since 2022, following a previous role as Senior Vice President and General Counsel from 2014 to 2022. Prior to joining Driscoll's, O'Brien was a shareholder at O'Brien DC from 2008 to 2014 and served as Of Counsel at Thelen Reid & Priest from 2002 to 2007. O'Brien also held significant government roles, including Deputy Director of the Washington Office of the Governor for the State of California and Associate Administrator for the Agricultural Marketing Service at the United States Department of Agriculture. O'Brien earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Davis, and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
