Chaïna W. is an experienced analytics and data engineer with a rich background in high-profile tech companies, including Netflix, Meta, and Apple. They served as a Senior Analytics Engineer at Netflix from 2018 to 2023 and have held data science roles at Meta and Apple. Chaïna W. is currently mentoring at Plato while also working as a Senior Analytics Engineer at Dreamhaven, focusing on player data and analytics. They have previously contributed to academia as an Associate Lecturer and Mentor/Coach at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and as a Research Scientist at the Minnesota Department of Health.
