Kaitlyn Barclay is the CEO and Co-Founder of Scout Lab, a creative communications agency specializing in branding and PR. Currently, they serve as a Member and Investor at Gaingels, supporting diversity in venture capital, and as Data Director at Do the WeRQ, where they lead research on LGBTQ+ representation in advertising. Kaitlyn has also held leadership roles in various marketing and consulting capacities, including at Levi Strauss & Co. and fitmob. They hold an MBA from Columbia Business School and actively contribute to several organizations and initiatives, including Many As One and Chief.
