Morten Högnesen is currently the Head of Program Innovation and Business Engagement at the Danish Refugee Council, where they lead efforts to create innovative solutions for humanitarian challenges. They have extensive experience in project development and management, having previously served as a consultant for various organizations, including the United Nations and Amnesty International. Morten has also held leadership roles at DanChurchAid, focusing on global partnerships, donor relations, and innovative financing strategies. They earned a Master's degree in International Development Studies from Roskilde Universitetscenter and a certificate in Forced Migration from the University of Oxford.
