Gregory Hoff possesses a diverse background in land acquisition, project management, and community association management. As the Owner and President of Grounds Other Grading & Excavating, Inc. from November 2017 to February 2021, Gregory managed grading and excavating operations. Later, at Meritage Homes, roles included Land Acquisition Analyst and Manager, contributing to property acquisitions and contract compliance until May 2022. Previous experience includes managing homeowners' associations at Access Property Management, Omega Association Management, and PPM, Inc. Currently, Gregory serves as a Project Manager at Brookfield Properties and as a Senior Land Development Manager at DRB Group. Gregory holds a degree in Music & Management from Manhattanville College, earned between 2004 and 2008.
