At Drata, Hannah serves as the Team Lead for Talent Acquisition, overseeing the hiring processes for multiple teams. Hannah has also worked as a Senior Recruiter at GoSite, where Hannah built and scaled the CS and Marketing functions. Additionally, Hannah has experience as an Employee Resource Group Lead at Axon, where Hannah spearheaded initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the company. Prior to their current roles, Hannah gained recruitment experience at Matrix Finance and Accounting. Hannah's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University.
