Chad Gibson possesses extensive experience in engineering, particularly in the areas of aerospace and high-power electronic systems. Since January 2010, Chad has served as an Associate Engineering Deputy National Security and Space at Draper, focusing on engineering operations and system packaging design. Previously, Chad held various roles in mechanical engineering at Diversified Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities included high-voltage electronic enclosure design and leading mechanical projects for radar systems. Early career experiences include co-owning and managing Emiliana Gelateria & Cafe, providing mechanical engineering support as an intern at Raytheon, and working as an English teacher and tour guide. Chad earned a master's degree in Engineering and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and a bachelor's degree in International Studies from Texas A&M University.
