Yana Minkova has extensive experience in technical support and customer service, currently serving as Technical Support Manager at DraftKings Inc. since April 2020, after progressing through roles as Technical Support Shift Manager and Senior Technical Support Expert. Prior to DraftKings Inc., Yana held the position of Senior Technical Support Expert at GamingTech LTD between March 2018 and April 2020, and worked as a Customer Support Representative at OUTDOORAHOLICS LTD from April 2017 to March 2018. Earlier in Yana's career, experience included being a Partner at "Яна 1993" ЕООД from 2014 to March 2016 and serving as an IT System Administrator at Apex Service from 2013 to 2014. Yana holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Technology and Design from ПУ "Паисий Хилендарски," obtained in 2017.
