Currently serving as the Group Human Resources Director at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Neha leads HR strategies for various regions, including Asia and the Middle East, with a focus on integration, technology, and transformation. Previously, Neha has held key roles at GSK, Barclays, Credit Suisse, and Citibank, where they successfully implemented HR initiatives and championed diversity and inclusion.
