Aman Agarwal currently serves as Principal Product Manager at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, overseeing the implementation of Industry 4.0 technology solutions across multiple manufacturing plants since April 2018. Previously, Aman held the position of Sr Product Manager and Senior Business Consultant, leading digital transformations that enhanced key performance indicators in manufacturing and warehousing. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Manager at ITC Limited, where Aman managed operations for high-capacity production lines, and Manager at Tata Motors, where responsibility encompassed direct run rate control and statistical process control implementation. Aman holds an MBA in Strategy and Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
