Chandra Iketani is a construction professional with extensive experience in project management and estimation. Chandra's career began as a Field Inspector Assistant at the Department of General Services, where responsibilities included completing closeout reports and performing time and material estimates on state construction projects. Chandra then served as a Construction Engineer/Estimator at Duran and Venables, performing take-offs and creating quantity sheets. Following this, Chandra worked at STS, Inc. as an Estimator/Project Manager, focusing on RFP analysis and accurate take-offs. Chandra transitioned to The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, where the role of Project Manager involved the construction of a three-story Advanced Diagnostic and Surgical Pavilion. Currently, Chandra is a Preconstruction Estimator at DPR Construction, leveraging expertise in construction management obtained from a Bachelor of Science degree at California State University-Sacramento combined with a Minor in Business Administration.
