Abir Chalet is currently a Group Senior Manager in Fraud Risk Services at DP World, a position they have held since 2019. They previously served as a Manager in Fraud Risk Services at DP World in 2023 and have extensive experience in risk management, having worked as a Senior Risk Management Consultant at Deloitte Middle East from 2013 to 2018, and as a Manager in Enterprise Risk Management at PwC Middle East from 2018 to 2019. Abir’s career also includes roles such as an Assistant Reinsurance Broker at Chedid Capital S.A.L, a Substitute Teacher at Sabis Educational Services, and a summer intern at Société Générale. They received their education from the American University of Beirut, where they studied from 2009 to 2012.
