Kimberly James is an experienced professional in people and culture, having served as a People and Culture Business Partner and Advisor at Downer since October 2022. Prior roles include Human Resources Coordinator at Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy, Team Lead Recruitment at Haynes Group, and various positions at Sequentia Services and Bouygues Construction Australia, where Kimberly was instrumental in achieving White Ribbon Workplace accreditation and developing training initiatives related to domestic violence. Additionally, Kimberly managed two small enterprises from 2005 to 2018 and contributed to community efforts, including candidacy for the Moreton Bay Regional Council.
