Yoke Loon Lim is currently the Senior Vice President at NIPSEA Group I Nippon Paint, a position held since 2023. Previously, Yoke held various leadership roles at Ciba Specialty Chemicals, including Country Segment Head for Coatings Effects Southeast Asia, as well as serving as Head of BU Coatings for the Asia Pacific Region. From 2015, Yoke has been the President of Greater China Region at The Dow Chemical Company, where they also served as General Manager of Dow Coating Materials for the Asia Pacific and Country Manager of Dow Singapore. Yoke completed an MBA at Macquarie Graduate School of Management from 2000 to 2002 and earned a BBA in Marketing from RMIT University between 1997 and 1999, while currently attending The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
