Iris Tebeka, PhD, is a Senior Marketing Manager at Univation Technologies, a subsidiary of Dow, where they are responsible for designing and implementing growth strategies in the polyolefins sector. Previously, Iris held roles as a Senior Chemist and Customer Manager within Dow, focusing on advancing technologies for olefins and managing licensing services across multiple regions. Iris earned their PhD in Organic Chemistry from Universidade de São Paulo and has served as an ad hoc consultant for FACEPE since 2014, reviewing academic research project applications.
