Cecilia Girotti is a Senior TS&D Leader EMEAI specializing in energy efficiency and polyurethanes at Dow Italia. With experience at The Dow Chemical Company since 2007 as a Senior R&D Chemist, Cecilia focuses on insulation foams and formulated systems. Previously, Cecilia led the Performance and Testing R&D Lab at Dow from 2002 to 2006, implementing initiatives for faster response times to customer requests. Cecilia began their career as an Analyst at Neotron and Sassuolo Lab in the late 1990s. Cecilia holds a Laurea in Chemistry from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
