Jay Bielanski, PE, CESCP has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University. Currently, Jay holds the position of Senior Electrical Engineer at Donohue & Associates, Inc. Their responsibilities have included electrical distribution design, project management, cost estimating, and resource planning for water and wastewater facilities.
