Heath Hicks is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in client platform management, system administration, and data analysis. Currently serving as a Workplace Specialist at Dometic since June 2016, responsibilities include global client platform management, Intune and Azure management, and hardware procurement. Past roles include System Administrator, providing Tier 2 IT support, and IT Helpdesk, managing accounts within Active Directory. Prior to Dometic, Heath worked at North Central Indiana YWCA as a Data Analyst & IT Specialist, where duties involved data analysis for annual reporting and IT helpdesk management. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Organizational Communication from Indiana University South Bend, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the same institution.
