Si Thu Linn (Neo) is a dedicated People & Culture Practitioner currently pursuing a Master of Development Studies at the University of Yangon. With a robust background in human resources, they have held several key positions, including Senior HR Manager at Our Heritage Homes and HR & Admin Manager at Doh Eain. Si Thu began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Star Moe Yan Group and later served as a Senior Human Resources Officer at IME Holdings. They also earned diplomas in Strategic Management and Human Resources Management from Strategy First University.
