Dinesh Raveendran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engagement and delivery management, currently serving as the Director of Engagement Management and Director of Global CLM Success at DocuSign since May 2019. In these roles, Dinesh drives key customer success initiatives for the CLM product line, collaborating with product and go-to-market teams, and providing strategic direction for various initiatives including the SpringCM conversion and DAC Academy. Prior to DocuSign, Dinesh held multiple leadership positions at SpringCM, where responsibilities included managing large CLM programs and supporting sales efforts in the EMEA region. Dinesh began a career in technology at IBM and has also worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions and the University of Kansas.
