Carrie Teicher is an accomplished professional in public health and humanitarian aid, currently serving as the Chief Programs Officer and Director of Programs at Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières - USA since August 2017, where responsibilities include USG relations and global health diplomacy.
