Stefania Porrini has over a decade of experience in Human Resources, a field chosen after university due to the significance of human resources in the workplace. Throughout their career, they have held various roles, including HR Generalist and HR Manager for EMEA & Asia Pacific, where they excelled in talent acquisition, change management, and organizational development. They served as an Assistant Director at the European Commission and worked with leading companies such as Whirlpool Corporation and GSK. Stefania is also a certified personal trainer and a marathon runner, seeing challenges as motivation to push further. They hold a degree in Political Science from the Università degli Studi di Milano.
