William Bruce possesses extensive experience in the field of welding and materials technology, currently serving as the Director of Welding & Materials Technology at Det Norske Veritas since June 2006. Prior to this role, William worked as the Technology Leader for Pipeline Services at Edison Welding Institute from July 1988 to May 2006. William began his career as a Senior Engineer at Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company, where employment lasted from July 1981 to June 1988. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Welding Engineering from The Ohio State University, earned between 1976 and 1981.
