Luiz Fernando Domingues Dos Santos is a Naval Architect and Marine Engineer with extensive experience in the maritime industry. They have served as a Senior Surveyor Offshore at DNV since 2024, following a notable tenure as a Senior Offshore Surveyor with ABS from 2011 to 2024. Luiz began their career at STX EUROPE, where they worked as an intern and later gained hands-on experience at Estaleiro Aliança Indústria Naval e Empresa de Navegação, overseeing engineering tasks and production processes. They earned a degree in Naval Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in 2011, establishing a solid foundation for their expertise in maintaining the safety and compliance of offshore vessels and structures.
