Rachit Agarwal is a Partner in the Tax group at DLA Piper, where they lead the transfer pricing practice in the UK. Rachit focuses on the Asset Management, Financial Services, and Real Estate sectors, providing advice on operating model and policy design, intra-group financing, valuations, business restructuring, and tax risk mitigation. They have served as an instructor for executive-level transfer pricing courses at the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD) and Lausanne University. Previously, Rachit worked with the World Bank, conducting transfer pricing training for tax authorities in several countries. In 2023, they authored a chapter in the book ‘Applying the arm’s length principle to intra-group financial transactions: A Reference Guide’.
