Louise W. currently serves as the Head of People & Organisational Development at Diversity Travel, starting in April 2024. Prior to this role, Louise worked at Stoke on Trent College from June 2019 to April 2024, where responsibilities included directing the Human Resources department and managing HR services across two campuses. Louise's previous experience includes serving as the Head of HR Services at Strategi Solutions Group Limited, and holding the position of HR Business Partner at Vocare Group, where focus areas included GDPR compliance, gender pay gap reporting, and workforce initiatives. With an extensive background in human resources, starting as an HR Officer and progressing to advisory roles at Keele University and Stoke-on-Trent City Council, Louise W. holds a PgDip in Human Resource Management and a BA(Hons) in International Business Management from the University of Staffordshire.
