Zetta Smith has been working in customer service and sales for over 20 years. Zetta started their career as a Customer Service Sales Systems Specialist at HIT Entertainment in 1996. Zetta then moved to Starbucks Coffee Company in 2006, where they were a store manager for 8 years. In 2014, they left Starbucks to become a store manager at Dunkin Donuts. After a year at Dunkin Donuts, they moved to Paciugo Gelato & Caffè, where they were a store manager for 2 years. Zetta Smith is currently an Assistant Showroom Manager at Diverse Marketing in Dallas.
