Sonia Doshi is currently the Vice President of Strategic Operations, Design, and Production at The Walt Disney Company, where they lead the design and production for cross-company XR strategy and coordinate education and communications strategies for emerging technologies. Previously, they held various roles at Disney, including Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Director of Strategic Operations & Design, where they focused on organizational development and cultural initiatives. Sonia's earlier experience includes internships and positions at companies such as Project Wayfinder, Imbellus, and SapientNitro, where they contributed to product design and user experience. They earned a Master of Education in Learning, Design, and Technology from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Information with a focus on User Experience Design from the University of Michigan.
