Sarah Mackness is currently the Benefits & Wellbeing Manager for the UK&I at The Walt Disney Company. They previously held the position of Head of Reward and People Operations at Trainline from 2021 to 2023 and served in various HR roles at organizations including Betfair, Ofcom, and JUST EAT. Sarah's extensive experience spans more than two decades in human resources, beginning with their role as an HR Administrator at Jacobs in 2000. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Reading between 1997 and 2000.
