Melissa Bachman is currently a Regional Manager in Global HR Operations at The Walt Disney Company, leveraging a strong background in business transformation and efficiency. Melissa founded and served as Executive Director of a non-profit organization focused on gun violence prevention from 2005 to 2014, and was instrumental in planning significant fundraising events for the American Cancer Society from 2000 to 2003.
