María González-Muñiz is currently the Head of Publishing for Iberia Consumer Products at The Walt Disney Company, where they drive licensing sales and develop strategies for books, comics, partworks, and magazines. Previously, they held various roles at Disney, including Toys & Consumer Electronics Category Manager and Stationery Category Manager, over a tenure that showcased their expertise in brand marketing and licensing. María began their professional journey as an Account Manager at Bufete López-A y Abogados and later served as the Head of Sales and Marketing at VIA ELECOMUNICACION. They hold an MBA from EUDE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de León.
