Kenny Rabson is the CEO of Discovery Invest and Employee Benefits, bringing over 21 years of experience with the Discovery Group, a leader in behavioral change and integration with insurance. As a co-founder of Discovery Life and Discovery Employee Benefits, Kenny played a pivotal role in establishing and leading product development and strategic initiatives that transformed the company's shared-value model. Under Kenny's leadership, Discovery Invest has rapidly become one of South Africa's fastest-growing unit trust companies, managing over R115 billion in assets. Prior to joining Discovery, Kenny was the Head of Product Development at Liberty Life from 1989 to 2000. They hold an educational background from the University of the Witwatersrand.
