Ashley Snyder is the General Counsel at Discovery Education, a position held since 2024. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Penske Media Corporation (2023-2024) and as Associate General Counsel of M&A at EverCommerce (2022-2023), where they led M&A counsel. They also held positions as Associate General Counsel at Red Ventures (2015-2022) and as an Associate at K&L Gates (2011-2015). Ashley is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, they volunteered with the Peace Corps from 2006 to 2008 as a Community Youth Development Volunteer.
