Spencer Pike Lyon is currently the Head of L&D and Sales Operations at Discover International. Previously, they served as the Director of Industry Relations at Realdax, where they contributed to the development of a collaborative real estate platform. Spencer has also held key roles such as Mentor at the Founder Institute and Regional Manager at FundingPost, enhancing connections between entrepreneurs and investors. Their earlier experience includes positions at Ascendo Resources, The Biz on 880AM, and EcoAdepts, focusing on business development and client relations. Spencer earned a degree in Finance from Florida International University.
