Steven J. Coper serves as the Vice President of Global Infrastructure Services at DISA Global Solutions, Inc., since August 2024, where responsibilities involve the oversight and strategic direction of Service Desk, Application Support, Infrastructure, and Cloud Technology Engineering. In addition, Coper is the Managing Principal at Scoper Advisory, LLC, providing expert IT management services and thought leadership across various industries since September 2017. Coper's previous roles include Senior Information Technology Consultant at Alignosi, LLC, Rain Partners LLC, and TechPar Group, where advisory services were rendered to enterprise clients and C-level executives. Coper also held significant positions at WGroup, Inc., as Managing Principal and Chief Technology Officer, and at aligne, inc. as Interim Executive Leader. An extensive background at IBM Corporation as a Certified Project Executive involved managing large-scale IT outsourcing contracts. Coper holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from La Salle University and a BBA in Computer and Information Sciences from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
