Peter Dredge is the Head of Network Infrastructure Delivery at Direct Line Group, where they manage the performance of network services and ensure compliance with service levels. With a robust background in IT management, they have worked in high-pressure environments, including as Senior Vice President at Bank of America, overseeing outsourced operations for the EMEA region. Peter has extensive experience in vendor management and service delivery, as well as qualifications in Six Sigma and ITIL. Their early career included roles at British Rail, Centrefile, and Mercury Communications, where they developed technical and operational expertise in telecommunications and network systems. Peter holds an HND in Telecommunications from Croydon College.
