Luke Parker is currently the Head of Performance Management - Motor Manufacturing at Direct Line Group, where they drive enhancements to underwriting capabilities in the Personal Lines insurance sector. With a decade of experience in insurance, they have held various roles including Head of Motor Underwriting and Product Owner for Motor Predictive Modelling. Luke's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English from Loughborough University and an Advanced Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute. Prior to their tenure at Direct Line Group, they also contributed to the insurance field as a Team Leader at Towergate Insurance.
