Michelle White has over 15 years of experience in programme and project management within the insurance and finance sectors. Currently, Michelle serves as the Programme Director for Data Strategy at Direct Line Group since January 2018, having previously held various roles, including Programme Manager for Data Governance Operations and GDPR. Prior to this, Michelle worked at Legal & General as a Group Transformation Programme Manager for a brief period in early 2017, and from June 2008 to August 2012, held the position of Programme Manager at Aviva focusing on European operations.
