Mithun Kanti Sutradhar is a seasoned marketing and merchandising professional with over 18 years of experience. They have held key positions at several organizations, including GM of Marketing, Merchandising & Development at DIRD Group and DGM of Marketing & Merchandising at Cotton Zone Knit Composite Ltd. With expertise in buyer and supplier relationship management, production planning, and cost analysis, Mithun has successfully led initiatives that improved supplier relations and increased productivity. They pursued a B.Sc (Hons.) in Apparel Manufacture & Technology, an MBA in Marketing, and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Operation. Currently, Mithun serves as the CEO of Badon Fashion Ltd., driving the company's strategic vision and growth.
