Wells is a British-born, California-based leader in digital experiences and publishing. Wells is the President and Founder of Digital Ink, an Inc5000 company that designs marketing strategies, builds websites, and drives traffic through SEO and content. Wells is also the President and Founder of BOSS Publishing, overseeing BOSS Magazine, which rebranded in April 2025 to Reboot Magazine under the BOSS Publishing umbrella and now reaches over 250,000 global tech executives. Wells has been President of Venture Magazine since 2018 and previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Mining Global (2013–2015) and as Senior Field Executive at Gannett/USA TODAY NETWORK (2000–2005).
