Michael Schrott is currently serving as the Senior Chief of Staff to the Executive Chairman and Chief Merchant at DICK'S Sporting Goods, where they have previously held roles as Chief of Staff and Senior Manager of Strategy. Prior to joining DICK'S Sporting Goods, Michael worked as a Senior Analyst in Financial Reporting at GTT and as a Senior Consultant in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte. They earned their Master of Business Administration from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, completing their degree in 2023. Michael also gained valuable experience as an MBA Strategy Intern at DICK'S Sporting Goods in 2022.
