Jim Sparks is a seasoned Agile leader currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at DICK'S Sporting Goods, where they drive cross-team alignment and support the implementation of AI within Agile practices. They have a robust background in project management and customer service, including roles such as Agile Transformation Coach at Randstad USA and Scrum Master at multiple organizations. Previously, they were instrumental in transitioning teams to Agile methodologies and optimizing processes to enhance productivity and engagement across various sectors. Jim began their career focusing on database management, primarily working with SQL and data reporting at Reynolds and Reynolds before expanding their expertise into Agile leadership and coaching. They obtained their degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
