Matthew Cadwell has extensive experience in retail management and sales within the jewelry and luxury goods sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Diamonds Direct since July 2021, Matthew transitioned from the role of General Manager in Training to General Manager. Prior to this, Matthew worked at Robbins Brothers, The Engagement Ring Store from November 2001 to July 2021, holding the positions of Sales Manager and Business Services Manager, where responsibilities included hiring and training staff, sales management, and maintaining store aesthetics. Additional experience includes a role as Sales Manager at Mariloff Diamonds International, Inc. and as a Salesman at Nordstrom. Matthew holds an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from Mt. San Antonio College.
