David Aragão is a highly experienced professional in the field of structural biology and local government. Currently serving as a Town Councillor for Didcot Town Council since May 2023, David has also held the position of Senior Beamline Scientist at Diamond Light Source since March 2019. With a strong background in beamline science, David previously worked at ANSTO, the Australian Synchrotron, and the ESRF - The European Synchrotron, among others, contributing to research in protein crystallography and radiation damage studies.
