Abel Bianco is an accomplished marketing professional currently serving as Senior Marketing Manager for Luxury Reserve at Diageo since November 2025. Previously, Abel held the position of Marketing Manager at Benefit Cosmetics from March 2021 to November 2025, where responsibilities included driving brand strategies, launching campaigns, and enhancing social media performance. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Brand Manager for Luxury and Premium at Luxottica, focusing on brand positioning and strategic partnerships, as well as a Business Intelligence Analyst within the same company, where data analytics skills were leveraged to inform growth strategies. Abel began the career as a Retail Planning Intern at CAPES while completing a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from UFSCar along with a Business Management qualification from Dublin Business School.
