Darran Norman is the Head of BI and Data Analytics in Corporate Real Estate at DHL Group, leading a team responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence and data solutions. Previously, Darran served as a Senior Project Manager at DHL, overseeing a significant heating system retrofit project in Germany, and held design engineering roles at Edwards Vacuum and Alstom Power. Darran's education includes studies at Kingston University from 2007 to 2009.
