Charmaine Ho is currently the Head of Programme Management for Retail Transformation at DFI Retail Group, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Charmaine served as a Senior Project Manager at Coach Hong Kong Ltd. from 2012 to 2018, where they managed local and vendor resources, timelines, and budgets throughout various project lifecycles. Prior to that, they held several roles in project management, including Director of PMO and Project Portfolio Management at Tapestry from 2018 to 2023, and Project Manager at Star Group from 2008 to 2010. Charmaine earned a Master of Business Administration in Information Science/Studies from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology between 1998 and 2000.
