Tatshat Stepanyan is the Chief of Party for the USAID Armenia Integrity Project at Dexis Consulting Group. Previously, Tatshat held various roles, including Program Development Officer at Management Systems International and Deputy Chief of Party at Dexoline. With a background in telecommunications as a Procurement Unit Manager at VivaCell-MTS, Tatshat also has extensive experience with the U.S. Agency for International Development, focusing on social reforms in Armenia. Tatshat holds two Master of Laws degrees in various fields of law from the American University of Armenia and Yerevan State University.
